Resolution No: 5829-84 BY= Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor <br /> to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for <br /> approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5 License Tax Funds for <br /> participation with the County in the improvement of the rehabilitation <br /> of the Clifton-Westlake Bridge No. 204 over the Rocky River. <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br /> emergency measure necessary to protect the public health, safety <br /> and welfare and for the further reason that said funds are nec- <br /> essary to expedite the rehabilitation of the Clifton-Westlake <br /> Bridge Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the <br /> City of Lakewood., Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br /> Section 1, The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br /> Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle <br /> $5 License Tax Funds for participation with the County in the <br /> improvement of the rehabilitation of the Clifton-Westlake Bridge. <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br /> directed to transmit copies of the application together with <br /> three (3) certified copies of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga <br /> County Engineer. <br /> Section 3.
