,g <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5839-84 BYr Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works <br /> and Director of Finance to enter into a contract or contracts for <br /> the purchase of certain operating supplies or services, profession- <br /> al services, capital improvements. and replacement of equipment <br /> for the City of Lakewood as authorized by the 1984 Appropriation <br /> Ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution con titutes an emergency measure in that <br /> it proaides for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br /> safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br /> department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
