<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5854-84 gy; Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Robert H. Kleinweber, Director of Public Works, <br /> <br /> for his selection as one of the nation's Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the <br /> Year for 1984. <br /> WHEREAS, Robert H. Kleinweber, Director of Public Works for the City <br /> <br /> of Lakewood, has been named by the American Public Works Association as one <br /> of the Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year for 1984, and <br /> WHEREAS, his selection by the American Public Works Association for <br /> this honor is in recognition of outstanding service by dedicated public works <br /> officials and reflects the high degree. of competence and professionalism char- <br /> acteristic of Mr. Kleinweber, and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Kleinweber is recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee <br /> who renders outstanding service, not only to the Department of Public Works, <br /> but to the entire Lakewood community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, by his selection as one of the Top Ten Public Works Leaders <br /> for 1984, Mr. Kleinweber has brought significant honor and prestige to the City <br /> of Lakewood, and it is fitting and proper that his accomplishment be given due <br /> public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Robert H. Kleinweber its <br /> congratulations and commendation, and that of all the citizens of this community, <br /> on his selection by the American Public Works Association as one of this country's <br /> Top Ten Public Works Leaders for the Year 1984, and further, that this Council <br /> wishes him continued years of health, happiness, and prosperity for the future. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Robert H.
