<br /> ` RESOLUTION N0. 5863-84 gy; Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION) authorizing filing of application for the project titled <br /> 'KWANTRAC. <br /> WHEREAS, The Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 <br /> (Public Law 88-578) provides financial assistance to the State of Ohio <br /> for outdoor recreation purposes, and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Lakewood, Ohio desires financial assistance under <br /> the Land and Water Conservation fund Act program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> SECTION 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby approves <br /> filing an application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act financial <br /> assistance. <br /> SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> and file an application with the Department of Natural Resources, State of <br /> Ohio and to provide all information and documentation required in said <br /> application. <br /> SECTIOfd 3. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby does agree <br /> to obligate the funds required to satisfactorily complete the proposed project <br /> and thus become eligible for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act financial <br /> aid of up to 50 percent of the actual allowable reimbursement cost. <br /> SECTION 4.
