<br /> i <br /> RESOLDTION N0. 5896-84 8Y' McBri~eChSalmon; Wendltgngr, Graham, <br /> AN, EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br /> of Public Works to sell, through a public auction, various obsolete <br /> and non-functioning city vehicles and/or equipment. (See attached <br /> list) Legal notices will be published advising the public of the auc- <br /> tion. <br /> WHEREAS., it is in the best interest of the City to sell this <br /> obsolete and non-functioning equipment to make better use of the <br /> space it occupies and to realize a profit from the sale, and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure provid- <br /> ing for the immediate preservation of the public health and welfare ~ <br /> and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, <br /> therefore: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to sell, through a pub}ic auction, <br /> various obsolete and non-functioning. city vehicles and/or equipment <br /> after advertising according to law. <br /> Section 2.
