<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5946-85 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Joseph D. Wasco for his public <br /> service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective April 28, 1985, <br /> Joseph. D. Wasco, Firefighter Grade I, completed thirty three <br /> years ten and one-half months of public service as a <br /> firefighter of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Fire <br /> Department, Firefighter Joseph D. Wasco was recognized as a loyal <br /> and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only <br /> to the Department of Public Safety but to the entire community as <br /> well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is Fitting and proper that the public <br /> service rendered by Firefighter Joseph D. Wasco be given public <br /> cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood <br /> extends to Firefighter Joseph D. Wasco its appreciation and that <br /> of all o£ the citizens of this community for his years o£ public <br /> service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood and further that <br /> this Council wishes him continued years of health, happiness, and <br /> prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk o£ Council be and she is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of <br /> this Resolution to Firefighter Joseph D.
