RESOLUTION N0. 5980-85 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1986, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br /> filing a Budget for the year 1986; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br /> Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br /> and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br /> municipality for the year 1986, be and the same is hereby approved and <br /> the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor <br /> of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2.
