?^7~ Ij / ~ - FISCAL -OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE (Chapter 5521 and Section 570541, Ohio Revised Code ) 1 hereby certify that the money, to wit: $ 819,045.00 required for the payment of the cost other than that part thereof assumed by the Federal Government, for the improvement of that portion of U.S.R. No. 6A, Lake Ave., Madison Ave., Hilliard Rd. and Franklin Blvd, lying within the corporate limits of ~I the City of Lakewood, more particularly described as follows: I, The upgrading of the existing traffic systems on U.S.R. No. 6A, from Graber Dr. to Hird Ave., on Lake Ave., from Webb Rd, to Cove Ave., on Madison Ave., from S.R. No. 237 to W. 117th St., on Hilliard Rd., from S,R, No. 237 to Warren Rd. and on Franklin Slvd., from Warren Rd. to Newman Ave., lying within the City of Lakewood. Total length of work being approximately 13.104 miles has been lawfully appropriated for such purpose and is in the treasury to the credit of, or has been levied, placed on the duplicate and in process of cgllection for tf~e appropriate fund, and not appropriated for any other purpose; or is being obtained by sale of bonds issued on account of said improvement, which bonds are sold and in process of delivery. I further certify that this certificate was made, sealed and filed with the legislative authority of the City of iakewood Ohio, after said legislative authority passed the final resolution in connection with the within described project; and that this certificate was forthwith recorded in the record of proceedings of said legislative authority, namely: Legislative Authority's Journal, volume 1955 at Paqe October 7 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and official seal as said fiscal officer, this 7th day of October 1g 85 (Fiscal Officer's Seal) .
