_ _ i <br /> i <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6009-86 I BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION to appoint Patricia Majeski as <br /> <br /> Acting Clerk of Lakewood City Council. <br /> WHEREAS, thisl resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br /> providing for the immedi to preservation of the public health, safety <br /> and welfare and for he usual daily operation of a municipal <br /> department; now, therefo e, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: ~ <br /> Section 1. Th t Patricia Majeski be and is hereby appointed <br /> Acting Clerk of Lakewood~City Council to be compensated at the rate of <br /> $8.40 per hour. <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br /> actions of this Council oncerning and relating to the passage of this <br /> resolution were adopted 'n an open meeting of this Council, and that <br /> all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br /> that resulted in such ormal action, were in meetings open to the <br /> public, in compliance ith all legal requirements including .Section <br /> 121.22 of the Ohio Revis d Code. <br /> Section 3.
