Cain for her dedicated public service as Clerk Legislative Aide of Lakewood City Council. WHEREAS, Made ine A. Cain was appointed Clerk of Lakewood City Council and its Le islative Aide by this Council at its meeting of February 17, 1981, an WHEREAS, dur'ng her nearly five year tenure as Clerk and Legislative Aide, Ms. C in proved herself to be a dedicated, faithful and efficient Clerk who readily accepted responsibility and in each capacity so willingly g ve of her time and efforts to the concerns of this Council, and WHEREAS, Madeline A. Cain has resigned her position with the City of Lakewood effecti e January 3, 1986, to accept appointment as Govermental Liason for t e Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners, and WHEREAS, it 's fitting and proper that the valued service rendered by Ms. Cain, not only to this Council, but to the entire community as well, be r cognized in a proper and fitting manner; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. T at this Council extends to Madeline A. Cain its appreciation and t at of all the citizens of this community for her dedicated and devot d service as Clerk of Lakewood City Council and its Legislative Aide and further that this Council wishes her continued success in her new endeavor.
