RESOLUTION N0. 6082-86 sY: Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Saint Ignatius High School upon <br /> its Century Celebration. <br /> WHEREAS, Saint Ignatius High School has provided to <br /> many residents of Lakewood a secondary educational facility of <br /> the highest standards for 100 years, and <br /> WHEREAS, graduates of this institution have exemplified <br /> the school's ideals through a wealth of intellectual scholarship <br /> and athletic achievements, and <br /> WHEREAS, Saint Ignatius High School, with its motto: <br /> "Preparing Men For Others", has provided the City of Lakewood <br /> with alumni who serve our City with honor and fame, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Society of Jesus will provide a choice to <br /> Lakewood's children and children of the surrounding area by <br /> continuing the administration of Saint Ignatius High School., now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Lakewood City Council extends its <br /> congratulations and commends Saint Ignatius High School on its <br /> lggth Birthday - Celebrating a Century. <br /> Section 2, That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of <br /> this Resolution to the Reverend Robert J.
