<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5088-85 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Ronald E. Marshall for his public <br /> service as a Police Officer of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective September 12, 1986, <br /> Ronald E. Marshall completed twenty-six years two and one-half months <br /> of public service as a Police Officer of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Police <br /> Department, Patrolman Marshall was recognized as a loyal and dedicated <br /> employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the Department <br /> of Public Safety, but to the entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service <br /> rendered by Patrolman Ronald E. Marshall be given public cognizance <br /> and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OE OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends <br /> to Patrolman Ronald E. Marshall its appreciation and that of all of <br /> the citizens of this community for his years of public service as a <br /> Police Officer of the City of Lakewood and further that this Council <br /> wishes him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his <br /> retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution <br /> to Patrolman Ronald E.
