Wasmer as a member <br /> of the Soard of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital to fill the five-year term ending <br /> December 31, 1991. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of John C, Wasmer as a member of <br /> the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the five-year term ending December <br /> 31, 1991, is hereby approved in accordance with Article XX, Section 1, of the <br /> Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> Section 2.
