That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br /> to pay the costs of memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments <br /> or Divisions of the City of Lakewood for the year 1987, in the organiza- <br /> tions and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> Section 3.
