Holland as a <br /> <br /> member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association to <br /> serve as a representative of a community organization for the partial <br /> initial five year term ending December 31, tg88. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph <br /> (j)(ii)(3) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio <br /> (Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the <br /> City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby nominates <br /> Mary B. Holland as a member of the Governing Board of <br /> Lakewood Hospital Association to serve as a representative of a <br /> community organization for the partial initial five year term ending <br /> December 31, 1988. <br /> Section 2.
