RESOLUTION N0. 6183-87 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION expressing the congratulations of the Council of the <br /> City of Lakewood, Ohio, to Robin Bobal, for being named Miss Ohio <br /> National Pre-Teen. <br /> WHEREAS, Robin is twelve years of age and attends St. James <br /> School as an eighth grader, and <br /> WHEREAS, because of her academic achievement, interview, poise <br /> and appearance, personality and talent, Robin has earned her <br /> title at the State level, and <br /> WHEREAS, Robin will vie for the crown of Miss National Pre-Teen <br /> along with others representing all fifty states, Puerto Rice and <br /> the Virgin Islands before a nationwide audience, on Saturday, <br /> November 28, 1987, in Orlando, Florida; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council for, and on behalf of the residents <br /> of the City of Lakewood, hereby expresses its congratulations and <br /> recognition to Robin Bobal, for her outstanding honor of being <br /> named Miss Ohio National Pre-Teen, and extends best wishes to her <br /> throughout the national pageant at Orlando in November, <br /> Section 2.
