RESOLUTION No. 6ig4-87 BY: Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, Salmon, Wendling A RESOLUTION extending sincere appreciation to George E. Fedor, for his reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City Council Meeting held September 21, 1987. WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has formally expressed its intent to participate in the Bicentennial Celebration of the Northwest Ordinance and the United States Constitution, and WHEREAS, as a part of that participation, at each regularly scheduled meeting of this Council for the balance of the year 1987 a member of the Lakewood community is invited to read aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the [Jnited States of America, and WHEREAS, Lakewood resident George E. Fedor, a former City Law Director who has dedicated his many talents and boundless energy to lifelong community service, graciously accepted Council's invitation to read aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States at the Council Meeting held September 21, 1987, for which Council wishes to express its appreciation; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That this Council extends to George E. Fedor, its sincere appreciation and thanks, and that of all of the citizens of the Lakewood community, for his reading aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City Council meeting held September 21, 1987. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Mr. George E.
