That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br /> authorized to pay the costs of memberships of municipal employees <br /> and/or Departments or Divisions of the City of Lakewood for the year <br /> 1988, in the organizations and associations set forth in Section 1 <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3.
