RESOLUTION N0. 6219-87 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling A RESOLUTION extending sincere appreciation to James T. Morrison, for his reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City Council Meeting held December 7, 1987. WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has formally expressed its intent to participate in the $icentennial Celebration of the Northwest Ordinance and the United States Constitution, and WHEREAS, as a part of that participation, at each regularly scheduled meeting of this Council £or the balance of the year 1987 a member of the Lakewood community is invited to read aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America, and WHEREAS, James T. Morrison, a longtime Lakewood resident and past member of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals and the Community Development Block Grant Committee, graciously accepted Council's invitation to read aloud the Preamble to the Constitution o£ the United States at the Council Meeting held December 7, 1987, for which Council wishes to express its appreciation; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OE LAKEWOOD STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That this Council extends to James T. Morrison, its sincere appreciation and thanks, and that of all of the citizens of the Lakewood community, for his reading aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City Council meeting held December 7, 1987. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to James T.
