RESOLUTION N0.62~~-88 gy;Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Robert H. Kleinweber, Director of Public <br /> Works, upon his election as President of the Northern Ohio Service Directors <br /> Association. <br /> WHEREAS, the Northern Ohio Service Directors Association, a service <br /> organization composed of all service directors of the Cuyahoga County <br /> communities, has elected Robert H. Kleinweber, Director of Public Works <br /> of the City of Lakewood, as its President for the one year term effective <br /> January 1, 1988, and <br /> WHEREAS, Director Kleinweber had. previously served said association <br /> as its Vice President in 1981 and President in 1982 and as a member of the <br /> Board of Directors from 1978 through 1986, and <br /> WHEREAS, the election of Director Kleinweber to the office of <br /> President for a second time is indicative of his respected leadership <br /> ability and the high regard and esteem in which he is held by his fellow <br /> public service directors, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the honor recently be- <br /> stowed upon Director Kleinweber be given public cognizance and recognition; <br /> now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Robert H. Kleinweber its <br /> congratulations, and that of all of the citizens of this community, on his <br /> election as President of the Northern Ohio Service Directors Association. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert H.
