<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 628788 BY: Brown, Chinnock, <br /> Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, ~;L. <br /> Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Investigator Michael Flynn for his public <br /> service as a police officer in the City of Lake~vood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective September 17, 1988, has completed <br /> 25 years of public service as a police officer with the Division of Police, <br /> City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Division of Police, <br /> Investigator Flynn has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee <br /> who rendered outstanding service, not only to the Department of Public <br /> Safety, but to the entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br /> by Investigator Flynn be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Investigator Michael Flynn <br /> its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community for his 25 years <br /> of public service as a police officer in the City of Lakewood, and further <br /> that this Council wishes him continued years of health, happiness and <br /> prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2.
