Harrington for his public service <br /> as an employee in the Division of Fire, Department of Public Safety, in the <br /> City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement on December 31, 1988, Frank W. <br /> Harrington completed over 31 years of public service as an employee in the <br /> Division of Fire, City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the City, Mr. Harrington was recognized <br /> as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only <br /> to the Division of Fire> but to the entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service ren~herefore, <br /> by Frank W.
