RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6327-89 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gal,'lagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Robert W. Phinney for his public <br />service as a member of the Lakewood Board of Building <br />Standards/Architectural Board of Review. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert. W. Phl'nney was appointed as an original <br />member of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural <br />Board of Review in 1979 and was re-appointed for a five-year term <br />commencing January 1, 1989, and ending December 31, 1988, serving <br />ten years as its Chairman, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Board of <br />Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review, Mr. Phinney <br />demonstrated a sincere interest in the preservation and future <br />development of our community, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />rendered by Mr. Phinney be given public cognizance and <br />tion; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> service <br />recogni- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Mr. Robert W. <br />Phinney its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this <br />community for his valued and dedicated public service as a member <br />of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board <br />of Review, and further, that this Council wishes him continued <br />success. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this <br />Resolution to Mr. Robert W.
