RESOLUTION NO. 6336-89 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham~ Wendling A RESOLUTION to commend Robert H. Kleinweber for his public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works in the City of Lakewood. WHEREAS, upon his retirement on January 31, 1989, Robert Kleinweber was Director of Public Works, having completed over 30 years of public service in the Department of Public Works, City of Lakewood, and WHEREAS, during his 30-year tenure with the City, Robert Kleinweber has been a loyal and dedicated employee who "rose up through the ranks" to a position of leadership, thus providing great encouragement for other city employees, and WHEREAS, Bob Kleinweber has been an innovative service director in the vanguard of new technology; his leadership qualities and his tremendous work experience have not only proved invaluable for our community, but he was the recipient of an award naming him one of the "TEN TOP SERVICE DIRECTORS IN NORTH AMERICA" Award in 1984, and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Robert H. Kleinweber be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, OHIO: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to Robert H. Kleinweber its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community for his more than 30 years of public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to Robert H. Kleinweber, 1229 Bonnieview Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. Adopted: PRESIDENT Approved: CLERK
