RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6341-89 <br /> <br />BY:Brown, Chlnnock, Ga llagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Louis J. Novak for his public service as an <br />employee in the Division of Water in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement on January 13, 1989, Louis Novak completed <br />nearly 30 years of public service as an employee in the Division of Water, City <br />of Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the City, Mr. Novak was recognized <br />as a loyal and dedicated employee who re~de~ed outstanding service not only <br />to the Division of W ter, but to the entire community as well, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br />by Louis J. Novak be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br />Louis J. Novak its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this <br />community for his nearly 30 years of public service as an employee in the <br />Division of Water of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes <br />him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. <br />Louis J. Novak, 2023 Chesterland Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy <br />of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
