RESOLUTION NO. 6364-89 BY: <br /> <br />Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br />George, Graham, Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Mr. John Jantosik for his public service as <br />an employee in the Division of Refuse and Division of Parks in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement on February 24, 1989, he had completed <br />over 36 years of public service as an employee in the Divisions of Refuse and <br />Parks, City of Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the City, Mr. Jantosik was recognized <br />as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only <br />to the Divisions of Refuse and Parks, but to the entire community as well, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br />by Mr. John Jantosik be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br />John Jantosik its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community <br />for his more than 36 years of public service as an employee in the Divisions <br />of Refuse and Parks of the City of LakewOod, and further that this Council wishes <br />him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. <br />John Jantosik, 13434 Merl Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this <br />resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
