RESOLUTION NO. 6387-89 BY: Brown, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring the intent of the Council ef the City of Lakewood to vacate that portion of the public right-of-way situated north of 14013 Detroit Avenue in the City of Lakewood, Ohio. WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood is desirous to vacate a por- tion of public right-of-way, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby declares its intent to vacate that portion of the public right-of-way located north of 14013 Detroit Avenue, said portion being further described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and further known as being part of Detroit Avenue, widened to 100 feet, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 121, Page 40 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, being bounded and de- scribed as follows: Beginning at a drill hole set on the southerly line of Detroit Avenue at its intersection with the easterly line of Parkhaven Row, 50 feet wide, as shown on said recorded plat: thence N 86o50'00'' E, 109.81 feet along the southerly line of Detroit Avenue to a drill hole set at an angle point therein; thence S 83° 16'07" E, 91.93 feet along the southerly line of Detroit Avenue to a drill hole set, said point is 100.65 feet measured along said southerly line from its intersection with the westerly line of Bunts Road, 60 feet wide; thence N 3~ 51'12" W, 3.54 feet to a drill hole set; thence N' 8~ 16'07" W, 61.16 feet to a drill hole set; thence S 89° 47'33" W, 29.10 feet to a point in said southerly line of Detroit Avenue; thence N 83~ 16'07" W, 1.47 feet along said southerly line to said angle point therein; thence S 86° 50'00" W, 3.44 feet along said southerly line of Detroit Avenue; thence S 89047'33,, W, 40.01 feet to a drill hole set; thence S 85°03'08'' W, 66.45 feet to the place of begin- ning.
