Gaxzan~ as a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hos~ital._Association for the <br />full two-year term ending December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph <br />(j)(ii)(1) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />(Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the <br />City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby appoints Anthony J.
