Pursuant to Article XIV, Section 1, Council <br />hereby appoints Virginia Gill Fitzgerald as a member of the <br />Lakewood Board of Zoning Code Appeals for the full five-year term <br />ending December 31, 1994. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
