PLACED ON FIRST READING and REFERRED to <br /> FINANCE CMTE on 9/4/90. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6511-90 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, G~llagher, Gazzana, <br />George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, for the year 1991, and authorizing the filing of same <br />with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br />filing a Budget for the year 1991; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br />Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br />municipality for the year 1991, be and the same is hereby approved and <br />the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2.
