RESOLUTION NO. 6531-90 <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, GeOrge, <br />Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to change the date of the regular meeting <br /> of Council scheduled for December 3, 1990, to November 26, 1990. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has become apparent that a quorum of members <br />Will no~ be able to be present at the meeting of Council scheduled <br />for Monday, December 3, 1990, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, rather than to cancel said meeting, this <br />Council desires to convene for business on another date when a <br />quorum will be able to be present to conduct City business, to <br />wit, November 26, 1990, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council may, by a two-thirds vote of the <br />members elected thereto, suspend the operation of any rule as to <br />any meeting and establish meeting dates by ordinance and/or <br />resolution; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> ~E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO, TWO-THIRDS OF ALL MEMBERS ELECTED THERETO <br />CONCURRING: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Article III, <br />Section 4 of the Amended Charter o~ the City of Lakewood, and <br />Section 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the city of Lakewood, <br />the regular meeting of this Council scheduled to be held December <br />3, 1990, shall be and the same is hereby changed to Monday, <br />November 28, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized <br />and directed to give notice of the new meeting date as provided in <br />Section 1. herein to the public and media in such manner as <br />provided by the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood and <br />the law, and to the MayOr and all City~ <br /> <br /> RE EN <br /> CLERK ~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
