Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, the appointment by the <br />Mayor of Michael E. Murman to the position of Director of Law, <br />effective January 1, 1991, be and the same is hereby approved by <br />this Council. <br /> <br />and effect <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Section 2.
