That the Director of Finance be and she is hereby <br />authorized to pay the costs of memberships of municipal employees <br />and/or Departments or Divisions of the City of Lakewood for the year <br />1991, in the organizations and associations set forth in Section 1 <br />hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
