LEGAL DESCRIPTION - 1412 VICTORIA AVENUE <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. <br />22, and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the Westerly line of Victoria Avenue, (50 feet wide) <br />at a point distant Southerly measured along said Westerly line, 110 <br />feet from its intersection with the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue <br />(66 feet wide); thence Westerly at right angles and to the Westerly <br />line of Victoria Avenue, 10.09 feet to a point; thence Northerly and <br />parallel to. the Westerly line of Victoria Avenue, 0.50 of a foot, to a <br />point; thence Westerly and forming an included right angle of 87° <br />31'20" with the last described line, 2.50 feet to a point; thence <br />Westerly on a line drawn at right angles to the Westerly line of <br />Victoria Avenue about 13.23 feet to its intersection with the Easterly <br />line of a parcel of land conveyed to Frederick A. Latham by-deed dated <br />November 10, 1943, and recorded in Volume 5645, Page 288 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so <br />conveyed to Frederick A.
