RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6575-91 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, <br />George, Graham, <br /> <br /> Gallagher, <br />Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Firefighter Michael F. Spisak <br />for his public service as a member of the Division of Fire in the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective February 23, <br />1991, he has completed more than 25 years of public service with <br />the Division of Fire, City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Division <br />of Fire, Firefighter Spisak has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Firefighter Spisak be given public cognizanze <br />and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, extend to <br />Michael F. Spisak its appreciation and that of all the citizens <br />of this community for his more than 25 years or'public service as <br />an employee in the Division of Fire of the City of Lakewood, and <br />further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of <br />health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of <br />this Resolution to Mr. Michael F.
