RESOLUTION NO. 6604-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagh~, Gazzana, George, <br /> Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> A RESOLUTION extending appreciation to the individuals <br />,~ho served on the City Council's Task Force For Families of <br />service men and women in the Middle East. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, many families in the community of Lakewood were <br />faced with the absence of a spouse, father, mother, son or <br />daughter .during this past twelve months due to their service to <br />our country in the Operation Desert Storm, <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, these families were faced with new, unknown <br />situations with which to deal, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a task force was formed to address the needs of <br />of the families and assure the needs were being met in the <br />community, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council finds that those who served to <br />meet those needs deserve the proper cognizance and recognition; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor of the City <br />of Lakewood, for and on behalf of all the citizens of Lakewood, <br />do hereby express appreciation to those who served on City Council's <br />Task Force for families of service men and women in the Middle <br />East. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
