RESOLUTION NO. 6623-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Judith Parsley for her public <br /> service as a volunteer Mediator for the City's Law Department. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since the Mediation Program's inception in <br /> 1989, Judith Parsley has.served as a volunteer Mediator for the <br /> City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Parsley has demonstrated her ability to <br />listen and remain impartial and fair in assisting individuals <br />in the settlement of their disagreements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judith Parsley freely gave of her time and <br />talents to assist the City's Law Department in implementing this <br />program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the Mediation Program <br />Mrs. ParsleY?!~constantlyused the skills and expertise gained <br />through training to assist individuals in reaching a mutually <br />agreed upon solution to their disputes in a neutral and formal <br />setting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting~ and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Judith Parsley be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />~ · Section 1,.:' That the..
