RESOLUTION NO. 6624-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, 'Graham, Roth, Smith A RESOLUTION commending Susan Filler for her public service as a volunteer Mediator for the City's Law Department. WHEREAS, since the Mediation Program's inception in 1989, Susan Filler has served as a volunteer Mediator for the City of Lakewood; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Filler has demonstrated her listen and remain impartial and fair in assisting in the settlement of their disagreements; and ability to individuals WHEREAS, Susan Filler talents to assist the City's Law program; and freely gave of her time and Department in implementing this WHEREAS, during her tenure with the Mediation Program Mrs. Filler 'constantly used the skills and expertise gained through training to assist individuals in reaching a mutually agreed upon solution to their disputes in a neutral and formal setting; and WHEREAS, it is service rendered by Susan recognition; now therefore, fitting and proper that the public Filler be given public cognizance and BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the City of Lakewood extend to Susan Filler its appreciation, and that of all the citizens of this community, for her public service as a volunteer Mediator in the Law Department of the City of Lakewood, and wish her continued years of health, happiness and prosperity. Approved: Section 2.
