RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6648-91 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, Gazza~ <br />George, Graham, Roth, <br />Smith <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to commend Hugh Gallagher for his public <br />as a member of the Department of Public Works, Division <br /> <br />service <br />of Engineering, in the City of LakewoOd. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective <br />September 20, 1991, Hugh has completed more than 6 years of <br />public service with the Division of Engineering; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hugh was instrumental in the successful Issue <br />2 program along with other major construction projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hugh has served the City as City Engineer <br />having previously been employed by the County Engineer's Office <br />and the Ohio Department of Transportation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of <br />Engineering, Hugh has been recognized as a loyal and dedicated <br />employee who rendered Outstanding service, not only to the <br />Division of Engineering, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and. proper that the Public <br />service rendered by Hugh Gallagher be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this'Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Hugh Gallagher its commendation,' and that of all the <br />citizens, of the Lakewood Community for his more than 6 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works, <br />Division of Engineering,of the City of LakeWood, and further <br />that this Council and Mayor wish ''him continued years of health, <br />happiness and. prosperity in his.retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
