RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6652-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smit <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION <br />service as a member <br />in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />to commend Alex Kuti for his public <br /> · of the Department of Public WOrks, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective <br />August 23 1991, Alex has completed more than 25 years of public <br />service with the Division of Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Alex has served the City in a variety of <br />capacities from laborer to Streets general foreman and in 1986 he <br />took over the parking meter unit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Public <br />Works Department, Alex has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Alex Kuti be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Alex Kuti its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 25 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works, <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />'wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
