RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6654-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzan <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smi <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Walter Dagy for his public <br />service as a member of the Department of Public Works in the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective August 23, <br />1991, Walter has completed more than 27 years of public service <br />with the Department of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Walter has served the City in the Division of <br />Refuse and in 1973 he became foreman with that division, in <br />charge of the brush burner and incinerator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood <br />Public Works Department, Walter has been recognized as a loyal <br />and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only <br />to the Department of Public Works, but to the entire co~unity as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Walter Dagy be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Walter Dagy its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 27 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section .2.
