RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6671-91 <br /> <br />BY: Gallagher, ,Gazzana, George, <br /> Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION e~tending congratulations to Patrick J. 0'Toole for <br />~is outstanding ~thle~ic achievement during the~ 1991 Lak~ood High School <br />Rangers Football Season. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, senior middle linebacker, Patrick J. O'Toole has received <br />the t~e of ALL NORTHEASTERN OHIO and named a member, Second Team ALL-0HIO; <br />both nominations from the Associated Press, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick J. O'Toole was chos~en as a member, First Team <br />ALL-SCHOLASTIC by The PLAIN DEALER in the Cuyahoga County Region as well as <br />'ALL-SCHOLASTIC for the en~e ~rculation area by The PLAIN DEALER, and~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pat~ck is the tenth person to have received such <br />achievement in the history of Ran~er Football, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by his outstanding athletic accomplishment and good <br />sportsmanship, Patrick J. O'Toole has brought posi~tion, recognition and honor <br />not only to hims~f, but to our en~e community; now, therefore,. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section I. That we honor the outstanding athletic achievement <br />of Patrick J. O'Toole d~ng the 1991 Ranger Football Season. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and d~ecte~ to forward a certified copy of th~ Resolution to <br />Patrick J.
