Smith as a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the <br />full two-year term ending December 31, 1993. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> · Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Para- <br />graph (j)(ii)('l) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />(Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the City <br />on March 16, 1987, Council hereby appoints Pamela J.
