RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6683-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Geor$ <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, SmJ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Michele Ruckgaber for her public <br />service as a volunteer Mediator for the City's Law Department. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since the Mediation Program's inception in <br />1989, Michele Ruckgaber has serVed as a volunteer Mediator for the <br />City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Ruckgaber has demonstrated her ability to <br />listen and remain impartial and fair in assisting individuals <br />in the settlement of their disagreements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michele Ruckgaber freely gave of her time and <br />talents to assist the City's Law Department in implementing this <br />program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the Mediation Program <br />Mrs. Ruckgaber constantly used the skills and expertise gained <br />through training to assist individuals in reaching a mutually <br />agreed upon solution to their disputes in a neutral and formal <br />setting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Michele Ruckgaber be given public cognizance <br />and recognition; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the City of Lakewood extend to Michele <br />Ruckgaber its appreciation, and that of all the citizens of this <br />community, for her public service as a volunteer Mediator in the <br />Law Department of the City of Lakewood, and wish her continued <br />years of health, happiness and prosperity. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> Section 2.
