That the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood hereby appoints Helen McBride as a member <br />of the Civil Service Commission for the full three-year term <br />commencing January 1, 1992 and ending December 31, 1994, in <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 1 of the Amended Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
