RESOLUTION NO. 6691-92 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION extending congratulations to <br />resident and Lakewood High senior Scott Tonidandel <br />outstanding performance at the United States Figure <br />Championships in'Orlando, Florida. <br /> <br />Lakewood <br /> on his <br /> Skating <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />compulsories, and <br /> <br />Scott Tonidandel finished ninth in the men's <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the training and supervision he received <br />from Carol Heiss Jenkins helped in spiralling his skating career <br />to ever increasing heights, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scott was born here and skated as a toddler at <br />Winterhurst where he also played hockey as a child, and <br /> <br />Tonidandel, <br />cognizance <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this exciting hard-faught success of Scott <br /> our own Winterhurst-bread celebrity, deserves public <br /> and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council gives its across the <br />board congratulations to Scott Tonidandel, and that of all of the <br />citizens of the Lakewood community, for his outstanding athletic <br />achievements at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
