The CEMAC Mobile One shall be available twenty-four hours a daY and Seven days a week in accordance with the CMEIMS "CEMAC Mobile One" Protocol. Storage and Delivery. The County shall make proviSions for the storage of the CEMA(: Mobile One and for the delivery of the CEMAC Mobile One to the emergency incident scene. Insurance. The County shall maintain the insurance it deems appropriate on the CEMAC' Mobile One and its contents; Maintenance and Repair. The County shall provide for the maintenance and repair of the CEMAC Mobile One, its equipment and its contents, which shall include the emptying of the sanitary tanks and the filling of the water tanks unless such maintenance and repair is necessary as the reSult of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the CMEIMS Community, its employees or its volunteers. Inventory/Inspection/Receipt Procedure. The County shall develop an inventory/receipt/inspection procedure for the purpose of providing for the accountability of the CEMAC Mobile One, its equipment and its contents. Training. The County shall provide training to the CMEIMS Community on the use of the CEMAC Mobile One and its equipment. Operating Manual. The County shall prepare and maintain for inclusion in the CEMAC Mobile One. Said manual shall provide detailed instructions on the appropriate use of the CEMAC Mobile One and its equipment. CMEIMS Protocol. The County shall assist the CEM Board in preparing the CMEIMS Protocol governing the CEMAC Mobile One, and shall consider any such protocol approved by the CEM Board in accordance with the CMEIMS Agreement. Cost. The County shall not charge the CMEIMS Community for the use of the CEMAC Mobile One except lin those circumstances specified elsewhere in Section 4.6 of this Agreement. ARTICLE 3. CEM BOARD'S SERVICES The CEM Board accepts the relationship of trust and confidence between the CMEIMS Community, the County and the CEM Board, and by this Agreement agrees to.provide the following in connection with the CEMAC Mobile One: 3.1 - CMEIMS Protocol. The CEM Board shall prepare and adopt a 'CMEIMS Protocol governing the integration of the CEMAC Mobile One into the CMEIMS, and shall submit said protocol with a 'recommended effective date to the County for consideration. 3.2 - Training. The CEM Board shall advise and assist the County in the development of training in connection with the CEMAC Mobile One. 3.3 - AdviSe. The CEM Board shall advise the County on matters in connection with tht CEMAC Mobile One.
