RESOLUTION NO. 6703-92 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Sally A. Butler for her service <br />as Assistant Dixector of the Department on Aging for the City of <br />Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon her resignation effective February 14, <br />1992, Sally Butler has completed 8 years of service as an <br />Assistant Director of the Department on Aging and has been <br />insurumental in helping to maintain the high quality of service <br />provided by the Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her uenure with the Department of <br />Aging, Sally Butler has won the admiration and recognition of her <br />colleagues because of her involvement and helping uo implement <br />such programs as "Read ~o Me", snow removal program for <br />low-income seniors, the first Child/Elder care vo-ed program in <br />the State of Ohio and establishment of the Lakewood Community <br />Care Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the service <br />rendered by Sally A. Butler be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.. nat this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Sally A. Butler, its conYmendation, and that qf all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for her 8 years of public <br />service for the City of Lakewood and further that thi~ Council <br />and Mayor wish her continued years of health, happiness and <br />prosperity. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
