Owen for his service <br />as Administrative AssiStant in.thePlanning/Community Development <br />Department. for:the City of :LakeWood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon hisresignation effective February 10, <br />1992, Charles Owen had completed six years of service 'as an <br />Administrative Assistant in the planning/Community Development <br />Department working with the CommunityDevelopment Corporation,'and <br />has been instrumental_in ~helping to maintain the high quality of <br />service provided by the department,.and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his~ tenure with the Planning/Community <br />DeVelopment Department and Community Development. Corporation <br />Charles Owen~has won the admiration and recognition of colleagues <br />because of his involvement and helping to implement, such'programs <br />as.Storefront Renovation and .Operation Paintbrush, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting <br />rendered by Charles J. Owen be <br />recognition; now,~'therefore, <br /> <br />and proper that the service <br />given public cognizance and <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Charles J. Owen, its commendation and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood CommunitY for his six years of public <br />service for the City of LakeWood further that this Council and <br />Mayor wish-him continued years of health, happiness and <br />prosperity. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
