RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6712-92 <br /> <br /> BY: .Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons,'Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John F. Sunday for his public <br />service as a Patrol Officer for the City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective February 25, <br />1992, John F. Sunday will complete twenty-five years of public <br />service as a Patrol Officer with the Division of Police, City of <br />Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Division <br />of Police, John F. Sunday has been known for his kind and <br />compassionate manner; John received a commendation and a <br />Resolution from Council for his heroic action in preventing <br />two children fr® being struck by a vehicle and this action <br />resulted in injury to Mr. Sunday; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper <br />service rendered by John F. Sunday be given <br />and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> that the public <br />public cognizance <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to John F. Sunday, its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the LakeWood Community for his twenty-five years of <br />public service as a Patrol Officer in the City of Lakewood, and <br />further that this Council and~the Mayor wish him continued years <br />of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed <br />this Resolution to John F.
